TXCIN is committed to providing an environment where individuals can safely and anonymously report compliance concerns related to financial, regulatory or patient safety issues.

Typically concerns are raised with an individual’s supervisor, or with organization leadership. The TXCIN Compliance Hotline is available for situations where conventional channels are uncomfortable or otherwise inappropriate, or when you wish to remain anonymous. Please keep in mind however, that certain types of reports may be difficult to pursue if you choose to remain anonymous.
