• TXCIN is a different kind of ACO for DFW independent physicians
• TXCIN is an independent physician-owned and governed ACO for both primary and specialty care physicians
• Members earn quarterly financial payments and shared savings rewards
• Participating physicians have the option to purchase stock in TXCIN’s parent company
• Members can select which contracts they would like to participate in – there is no obligation to join each contract
